Kingfit manufacturers chiller systems: air cooled/water cooled scroll chillers, which are fabricated with globally renowned scroll compressors from C opeland, S chneider electrical components, the evaporator heat exchange tubes are made of corrosion resistant Titanium alloy, only the highest quality materials used and that made by workers with the most experience and knowledge in the industry.
Kingfit range of chillers are fully microprocessor based and suitable for industrial processes and production machinery applications from +20ºC up to -5ºC and single chiller has cooling capacity from 8kw to 120kw (2ton to 40ton).
Kingfit industrial chillers serve the following applications like metal surface finishing (anodizing, hard anodizing, electroplating (chrome plating, zinc plating, tin plating, nickel plating, gold plating, silver plating), paint coating etc).

Surface Treatment Special Modularized Chiller Feature:
- Anti-corrosion designed evaporator, the refrigeration medium (plating solution) can be cooled in evaporator directly.
- According to the requested cooling capacity, can choose one unit or more combined units freely, as well as to choose water-cooled or air-cooled unit as per site requirements.
- Adopts scroll compressor which is low noise, low energy consumption, skilled. And the air -cooled unit adopts micro-channel condenser and tubular evaporator, in advantage of compact structure and high heat release efficient.
- The plug-in control cabinet not only adapt to multiple units running, but also can adjust number of modularized units on/off according to the demanded of loading capacity.
- The aluminum-magnesium alloy casing and stainless steel control cabinet has beautiful appearance, practical and strong corrosion resistance.
- Application: Oxidation (Anodizing), Acid (alkaline) Zinc Plating, Acid Copper Plating, Tin Plating, Electrophoresis, Chrome Plating and other surface treatment processes.
