Direct Cooling Falling-film Magnetic Levitation Centrifugal (Chiller)

Features:
Quiet operation with ultra low noise magnetic bearing technology is used in compressors. Main shafts of the compressors rotate at high speed without any mechanical contact.
Oil-free design to reduce costs. Oil-free operation eliminates complicated oil system, reducing operational and maintenance costs.
Redundancy design and efficient operation. Multiple compressors are installed on a shared evap. and cond., providing redundancy to ensure efficient operation of the equipment.
High energy efficiency and short payback period. Compared to conventional chillers, KINGFIT oil-free chillers can save 42% or even more operational costs with a payback period of just 2-3 years.
Environmental friendly, clean and safe. Use environmental friendly refrigerant R134a with zero ODP.
Intelligent control and high efficiency management. Unique PLC features adaptive control logic enables real-time optimization of the system to maintain best efficiency. Control panel has functions of capacity control, status display, fault diagnosis and other automatic control feature to ensure high efficiency management.

Outlet temperature is accurate to + 0.1 degree C, adopting HFC-134a refrigerant is green and environmental friendly, safe and non-toxic.
No need plate heat exchanger, chilled water pump and chilled water tank, save investment cost, so as to avoid waste of cooling capacity.
Starting current is 1~2a≈1 bulb, almost no impact on the power grid.
Using high efficiency falling-film evaporator, heat exchange efficiency is higher, less refrigerant to be charged.
No oil operation, no oil circuit maintenance, high efficiency, power consumption 40KWH per ton of national standard product, compared to the sixth generation flooded type magnetic levitation centrifugal chiller, the energy saving rate more than 20%.
 
Performance comparison
Direct-cooling magnetic levitation frequency centrifugal chiller design life of 30 years, while the screw chiller design life of 15 years.
The impeller of the magnetic levitation centrifugal chiller is directly driven. There is only one moving component in the compressor, and the fault is fewer. The ordinary screw chiller has complex transmission and higher failure rate.
The whole life of the magnetic levitation centrifugal chiller is no need of oil circuit maintenance, while the screw chiller need oil circuit maintenance at least once a year
Magnetic levitation chiller temperature control accuracy is up to 0.1ºC, while screw chiller is only 0.5ºC
The maximum rotation speed of magnetic levitation is 48000RPM, while the maximum rotation speed of screw chiller is 2950RPM.
The energy efficiency ratio(EER) of the direct-cooling oxidation working condition  of the magnetic levitation unit can reach more than 15, while the direct-cooling screw chiller is about 7.2.
Using falling-film evaporator, refrigerant charge is less than flooded type, much lower maintenance costs.
 
The refrigerant in the falling film evaporator is sprayed from the upper part of the heat exchanger to the heat exchange tube. The refrigerant only forms a thin layer of refrigerant liquid film on the heat exchange tube, so that when the refrigerant evaporates, Reducing the static level pressure, thereby improving the heat exchange efficiency, the heat exchange efficiency is increased more than 3 times than the flooded type unit.
The charged refrigerant of the falling film magnetic levitation centrifugal chiller is much less, only 50% of the flooded type. Reducing the maintenance cost at later stage.

Water pump and acid pump group control.
Kingfit according to the process of profile oxidation production, acid pump, cooling tower, cooling water pump and other equipments are not based on actual needs of long-term full load operation, a serious waste of energy, increases operating costs. Developing of the intelligent oxidation pump station, using Kingfit independently researched and developed software, through the inverter, proportional flow valve, temperature sensor, dry and wet bulb detector, frequency changing pump, weather station and other equipments real-time detection equipment required load demand, Adjusting energy consumption of the equipment operation, both meet the using requirements and save much more enenrgy, compared to the traditional system as a whole more than 20% energy saving.
Acid pump frequency converting control, through monitoring the rectifier heat, control the proportion of flow valve opening, according to the actual cooling capacity requirment of the tank liquid, adjusting the operating power of the acid pump so as to reduce energy consumption.
Cooling water pump frequency converting control, through the weather station real-time monitoring of outdoor air temperature and cooling water temperature, to adjust the pump rotation speed, while meet the cooling requirment of chiller as well as  reduce the  running energy consumption to a minimum.
The cooling tower fan frequency converting control, through the weather station to collect outdoor wet bulb temperature and dry bulb temperature, once the cooling water temperature reaches the limit temperature, adjust the fan speed, perfectly reduce energy waste.
The pump station system will mix the tank liquid and balance the tank liquid concentration and improve the process performance.
