Features:
1. The outlet temperature is accurate to ± 0.1°C. The HFC-134a refrigerant is green, safe and non-toxic.
2. There is no need for plate heat exchangers, chilled water pumps, and chilled water tanks, which saves investment costs and avoids waste of cooling capacity.
3. Start the current 1-2A-1 light bulb, almost no impact on the grid.
4. The use of high-efficiency falling-film evaporator, heat transfer efficiency is higher, the refrigerant charged volume less than 50% compare with flooded type.
5. The whole machine runs without oil, without oil circuit maintenance, high efficiency and energy saving. The national standard material consumption per ton is 40 degrees, which is more than 20% energy saving than the six generation flooded magnetic total floating centrifuge.

Performance comparison
1. The design life of the direct-cooling magnetic bearing centrifugal chiller is 30 years, and the design life of the screw machine is 15 years.
2. The maglev centrifugal impeller is directly driven. There is only one moving component in the compressor and there are few failures. Ordinary screw machine transmission complex failure rate is higher.
3. Magnetic bearing centrifugal chiller do not require maintenance of the oil circuit for the rest of their lives. The screw machine oil circuit is maintained at least once a year.
4. Maglev temperature control accuracy up to 0.1 °C, screw machine only 0.5 °C.
5. The maximum speed of magnetic suspension is 48000, and the maximum speed of screw machine is 2950.
6. The energy efficiency ratio of the direct cooling oxidation condition of the magnetic bearing chiller can reach 15 or more, and the energy efficiency of the direct cooling screw oxidation condition is about 7.2.

The refrigerant of the falling film evaporator is sprayed from the upper part of the heat exchanger to the heat exchange tube. The refrigerator only forms a thin layer of refrigerant liquid film on the heat exchange tube, so that the refrigerant will evaporate when boiling. Reduced the hydrostatic pressure, thereby improving the heat transfer efficiency, and its heat transfer efficiency is more than 3 times higher than that of flooded units.
