Direct Cooling Flooded Chiller for Anodizing
Descriptions:
We are engaged in offering a wide range of Water Cooled Screw Chiller - 150KW to 2300KW (40TON to 650TON)
Equipped with Kingfit patent high efficiency falling film corrosion resistant evaporator and heat exchange tube.
Sensitive adjust the loading between 10% to 100%;
PLC programmed controller, 7" touch screen, famous brand device.
PID feed forward shlf-adaptation control program.
Advantages:
1. Falling film evaporator, the unit working under any conditions, can take full advantage of the evaporation area, remained at a high energy efficiency.
2. Space saving, liquid directly cooling by evaporator, no need heat eschanger, cooled water pup and water tank, electricity consumption is less than 75kwh/ton for oxidation GB aluminum profile and about 0.49kwh/pc for hard anodizing pot.
3. Cooling capacity stepless automatic adjustment, the cooling water pump frequncy conversion control, adjust the unit load faster. Liquid tanks temperature is more stable, changing cooling requirments automatically adapt to different season.
4. A unique refrigeraiton cycle process, the solution temperature control +/-5deg. c, to ensure the balance of the color and quality of the products.
5. Intelligent control, and network connections, remote control.
