We are engaged in offering a wide range of Water Cooled Screw Chiller - 150KW to 2060KW (40TON to 600TON)
Single Compressor, which is manufactured using quality screw compressor from B itzer (Germany) and Comer (Italy). These are offered with multiple screw compressors in one machine but have separate and individual refrigeration circuits. Fabricated in ISO certified manufacturing unit with an option of using CFC free refrigerants R134a.
Suitable for process cooling applications from (+) 20°c up to (-) 20°c and for lower temperatures of up to (-) 50°c please refer brine chillers.

Superior performance
1. The chiller uses a semi-hermetic screw compressor, which integrates the motor and compressor;
2. Dual compressors or multiple compressors have startup and shutdown cycle control procedures to prolong the life of each component of the balanced load;
3. Efficient and reliable flooded evaporator, using electronic expansion valve and energy-saving orifice plate to accurately adjust the refrigerant flow rate and evaporator liquid level changes;
4. The combination of mechanical and adsorption separation of primary and secondary oil to ensure more reliable oil return.

Low operation and maintenance costs
1. Adopt high-performance screw compressor and new high-efficiency heat exchanger, full load energy efficiency ratio is as high as 5.45;
2. The unit can realize intelligent program control according to the demand of the load: 100%, 75%, 50%, 25 (or start) 0, or10%~100% stepless control, saving energy consumption;
3. The total number of screw compressor parts is only 1/10 of the reciprocating type, the structure is simple, the wearing parts are few, and there are few problems such as surge and low operation efficiency of the centrifuge under low load;
4. The screw compressor can run up to 40,000 hours without failure.

Microcomputer control
1. German "SIEMENS" displays all operation and fault diagnosis parameters, as well as other status information;
2. Automatically monitor the cold water outlet temperature, automatically control the slide valve through PLC, automatically adjust the compressor, and reduce energy consumption;
3. Automatically record and save the alarm status and occurrence time of the latest unit fault, and issue fault handling prompts;
4. The unit can be configured with a standard RS485 interface to communicate with the host computer monitoring system or a third-party control system.
