Product Performance:
1. Compressor
Flooded style: It adopts original installation import from Germany semi-closed twin-screw style compressor. The advanced 5:6 tooth design, screw style compressor rotor and yin yang rotor are in high precision CNC machining center one processing molding rotor, Two rotor space only for 0.01 mm. By oil film between sealing and transmission, brings excellent properties; The lever 4with Vi compensation energy regulation or non-polar energy-regulating, Meet different load conditions. Adjusting mode conversion only need to change compressor control procedures, don't need to modification compressor; This compressor with double shell, lever 3 oil separator; The avionics bearing with high precision makes the machine set less noisy, it also has the function to protect compressor automatic , and the service life reaches 100 thousand hours (over 30 years),In addition , when the cooling water inlet water temperature is low, the conventional water chiller is difficult to start, and the use of such compressor of Qingfeng flooded screw style chiller range of applications in low condensation temperature area gets greatly expanded.
2. Evaporator
Flooded style: It adopts Qingfeng patent flooded evaporator and the latest big space mandatory nuclear states boiling design principle, with its built-in high efficient oil gathering device and compressor lever 3oil cent and system configuration of a whirlwind lever external oil cent safeguarded the system efficiency in heat and compressor good return oil. 3. Condenser
Water cooled condenser: adopts shell and tube style water cooling condenser by using high efficiency outside screw tube from Japan. The needle wing tooth shape can effectively prick condensed liquid membrane, reaching to reduce liquid membrane thermal resistance that condensation refrigerant in the rapidly after condensation's effect. Condenser overall structure is processed in CNC machining center. The design more reasonable internal established independent super-cooling section, make high temperature refrigerants in the condenser internal have a fully cooling. Improve the heat transfer efficiency. It has features as small volume, durability and easy to clean.
4. KINGFIT Energy-economizer: adopts efficient screw tube and rational design . It can carry on internal heat change between the under utilized refrigerant from the condenser and low temperature residual steam from the evaporator, making the refrigerant cool enough and the liquid in the steam vaporized. That will not only save energy above 8% but also protect the compressor from being stricken by the liquid and improve the service life of the compressor.
5. Electronic expansion valve
Electronic expansion valves are fully closed structure, by stepping motor driven from the full close to full open state while taking only a few seconds, reaction and movement fast speed, open close characteristics and speed are artificial setting. Electronic expansion valves available in 10%-100% range for accurate adjustment. And the adjusting range according to different characteristics of products set up. 6. Protection device
Reliable water pump and freezer chiller chain of protection from inside of the system pressure control water pump drive and stopped. When the system pressure in normal working ,water pump in normal working . When the pressure is too low water pump will automatic stop. This design is to prevent evaporator leak refrigerant system into the tank liquid; Refrigerant abnormal protection, overload protection, overpressure and anti-phase protection, refrigerant anomaly protection, compressor over-temperature protection, over pressure refrigeration auto-discharge protection, oil pressure protection, hydropenia protection, leakage protection.
7. The refrigeration system has been embalmed, transmitter imported from Japan, welding and oxygen weld, no oxide layer.
8. When the ambient temperature is too low the machine will automatically adjust the condensing pressure.
