Direct Cooling Falling-film Chiller for Aluminum Profile Anodizing Line

Efficient configuration:                                                                                                                                            
1. Equipped with KINGFIT patent high efficiency fallig-film corrsion resistant evaporator and heat exchange tube.
2. Sensitive adjust the loading between 10% ~ 100%.
3. PLC programmed controller.
4. PID feed forward self-adaptation control grogram.

Advantages:                                                                                                                                                               
1. Direct cooling: the solution liquid direct chilled in evaporator, no need heat exchanger and chilled water pump, power consumption less than of 75kw/ton for anodizing aluminum profiles.
2. A unique refrigeration cycle process, the solution accurate temperature control at +/_5deg. C.
3. Imporving stability: The refrigerant in the falling film evaporator is sprayed from the upper part of the heat exchanger to the heat exchanging tubes. The refrigerant only forms a thin layer of liquid film on the tubes. Reducing the static level pressure, thereby improving the heat exchanger efficiency.
