Product Description

Direct Cooling Falling-film Magnetic Chiller for Aluminum Profile Anodizing.

KINGFIT launches the fifth generation of its Aluminum profile anodizing direct cooling falling film screw chiller in an effort to avoid the shortcomings of flooded type screw chiller, such as poor stability, environment damage, high costs on repair and maintenance etc.

Falling-film Chiller advantages:
(1). Improving Stability:
Falling-film type its evaporation lubricants with leave on the bottom, the consistency of oil is much more higher than flooded type, and the oil level of the bottom of evaporator will up little. It will be easy for oil rupturing and reduce the maintenance cost through induct oil method.


(2). Energy efficient:
With the use of R134A environmentally friendly refrigerant having ODP at 0 and 10%~100% stepless adjustment, part of the load under different rectifier loads used for the optimization of operational control, which helps achieving precise and wide range temperature control. The min. starting current only 2A, which helps reducing the impact on the grid.
The outlet temperature is accurate to +/_ 0.1deg. C, so as to improve the uniformity of the anodizing solution.
No need plate heat exchanger, chilled water pump and tank to save installation space and investment.
High efficient and energy saving: max. NPLV as high as 36.8, electric consumption is 32KWH/ton for oxidation GB aluminum profiles, 0.38KWH/pc for hard anodizing pot, 60% energy saving than world famous brand chillers.
