Introduction:
The QLK series low temperature chiller is the result of KINGFIT's cutting-edge developments, design, and manufacturing efforts, tailor-made to cater to refrigeration, food processing, quick freezing, industrial cooling, and other industries. The chiller comprises of 350 standard specifications that are further classified into five types, considering the evaporation temperature, with each model consisting of 70 standard specifications. The cooling range covers 14200 kcal/h ~2036600 kcal/h, and the frozen aqueous solution's temperature ranges from -35°C to 10°C. The chiller's versatility allows for multiple non-standard units to be customized according to specific user requirements, fulfilling saltwater, high voltage, and other power supply product demands.
Unit Features:
1. Efficiency:
The chiller employs a twin-screw compressor, where the high-efficiency condenser from the star and the evaporator along with the inlet expansion valve synergize perfectly. Another critical feature is the Stellar Patented Heat Recovery Unit, which can recover heat under low-temperature conditions, ranging from 30% to 80% of the cooling capacity, where hot water can be produced with a maximum temperature of 70°C. These measures furnish the unit with a 5% improved overall efficiency when heat recovery measures are adopted.
2. Reliable Operation:
The unit is equipped with seven safety protection measures to guarantee safe operations. Its double circuit and double compressor design ensure that in case of a single compressor's failure, the other can operate without any customer inhibitions. Each unit undergoes a national safety inspection system test before leaving the factory to ensure its performance meets national standards.
3. Intelligent Management:
The chiller comes equipped with a microcomputer touch control system providing a user-friendly operation interface for optimal feedback on various maintenance information. The control system can be linked with the customer's central control system, providing real-time insights into the chiller's operations.
4. Ease of Installation and Maintenance:
The chiller comes pre-loaded with refrigerant and lubricating oil, and all that is required of the customer is to connect the inlet/outlet pipes and the power supply to start its smooth operation. The control interface provides timely fault content, facilitating hassle-free troubleshooting and impending resolutions.
5. Multiple Refrigerant Options:
The chiller provides a wide range of refrigerant options, including R407C, R404a, and other refrigerants compatible with different customer requirements.
