There are many aquaculture water heating or cooling systems on the market that can do the job and are fairly cheap to buy but prohibitively expensive to run.

We have seen some heat pumps that can last more than 15 or 20 years if properly maintained. These heat pumps have a lifetime warranty with a titanium heat exchanger that is safe for aquatic livestock and are also suitable for sea water or high or low PH conditions.

Heat pumps can be used for heating and cooling or only cooling and heating modes.
